Today i am posting a powerful recipe for making your child resistant and immune to various infections and diseases so that he/she be healthy and happy .

It is a simple and yummy so that your kids love it.

Here we go

Ingredients :
               
                    Basil leaves(tulsi)   1000g

                    sugar candy(misri)  250g




Preparation  :

                      Wash basil leaves well and extract juice of the leaves. filter it and slowly add sugar candy powder mixing well. Then boil the mix on slow flame till it becomes a little thick. Cool it and store in a bottle.

Dosage : 1/4 spoon of the mix with 1/2 cup of warm water, daily 2 times.


Ok friends make you kids healthy so that you can be happy and relaxed.

SOOTHING OIL FOR SKIN PROBLEMS

Everybody has some kind of skin problem invariably, and we rush to a skin specialist , who may prescribe various oral and external medicines, which we consume, but with some complimentary side effects. You can avoid all this trouble by using this oil on affected parts of skin and get quick relief.

Its very easy and simple to prepare and use.

Ingredients : 
                         
                      Neem tree leaves       250g

                      Fresh water            1000g

                      mustard seed oil        250g

Preparation :      

                     Cut the neem leaves into small pieces and add them to the water. Biol the mixture till it becomes a liquid equivalent to 250g. Filter the liquid and allow it cool to normal temperature. Add the mustard seed oil to it and boil the mix on a medium flame till the water content is evaporated. In other words you will have a net quantity of 250g (approx) oil. Let it cool and then filter it and store it in a bottle.

How to use :  Apply this oil on affected area of skin and you get quick relief. You can use it for all skin problems like,rash, itching,cuts,wounds,swelling,rough skin,boils and ruptures- to name a few uses.

Asana :  Vajrasana

One cure for many issues

Hi

I am presenting you a very simple but versatile recipe for many health issues. It is simple and easy to prepare and use.Especially for diabetes, blood circulation, restrict formation of blocks in vessels and detoxification.


Ingredients : 

                     fenugreek  seeds (methi dal)        250 g

                     thymol seeds(ajwain)                  100 g

                     black cumin seeds(kaala jeera)       50 g


Preparation :    medium fry each of the ingredients on a fry pan   separately for 2 minutes. Make a powder of each one in a grinder, and mix all three well. Keep the mix in a air tight bottle .


Dosage :   Take 1TSP of powder mixed in a glass of hot water at bed time daily for 90 days for best effect. You can feel the difference after using it for 2,3 weeks.

Asana : suryanamaskara (sun salute)

mudra : gnana mudra.


  So go for this one and enjoy all round health.

DETOXIFY YOUR BODY INSTANTLY

Our body accumulates toxins over a period for multiple reasons which we fail to understand. Best way to remove the toxins periodically will do a world of good to our body and its systems.

Here is a simple recipe, which  has to prepared fresh every time, which detoxify by simply drinking it.

Ingredients :
                      Cumin seeds (jeera)    10 g

                      Lime juice                   1 TSP

                      Pepper powder            1  Pinch

                      common salt               1  pinch

                      Pure water                  1  glass


Preparation :    Boil the water with the cumin seed mixed in it . Then cool the solution till it is warm. Add the lime juice, pepper powder and salt to the solution and mix it well till all  the ingredients are dissolved. Now it is ready for you.

Dosage :  Take the mix on empty stomach in the morning or evening.

This is a very good drink for removing toxins,cleaning stomach and to improve digestion.

melt the stones 2

Hi

Here is the second recipe as promised in my last post.

Ingredients : 

                    Radish  juice(mooli)     1 cup

                    quality honey              1 TSP

Preparation :      
                    
                    take fresh radish juice nicely filtered, add honey to it and mix it well. 
                    Every time you have to  prepare this one freshly.

Dosage :  Take this juice mix 2 times a day in the morning and evening.
                Take this until you are cured.

                Asana and mudra are the same as given earlier.

 Both of these recipes appear so simple, but very effective when taken with faith that it will cure. Faith works wonders when you have it in body , mind and spirit.

Melt the stones

Hi

How can you melt the stones ?  I mean the kidney stones, which are very painful and dangerous, if not attended properly. No problem here are 2 recipes which may sound very simple, but powerful to melt kidney stones.

Recipe 1:

                 Ingredients :

                         Turmeric powder(haldi)     50 g

                         stored jaggery (ghud)    100 g

Preparation: Make jaggery pulp and add the turmeric powder to it. Mix it well to make it a paste. Store it in a clean bottle.

Dosage :  Take 10g of the mix in morning and evening daily. Follow this till you feel the relief.

Asana :  Bhujanga asana 


Mudra : Apanvayu mudra.

Here is a very simple yet powerful antidote for all.

Ingredients : 
                     Basil leaves(tulsi)                     1000 g
  
                     sugar candy powder(misri)         250 g

 Preparation :  wash basil leaves in water well and grind them to pulp to extract juice. Filter the juice finely and add sugar candy powder and mix well. Now heat this mix on a low flame till it become a thick solution. cool it and store in dry bottle.

Dosage : Adults........1/2 TSP and children.............1/4 TSP.

              Take this with a cup of warm water, daily 2 times.

Asana : Vajrasana

Mudra : Prana mudra

Another one for belly fat

I am adding one more powerful recipe for a flat belly. Here it is.

Ingredients :

                      Thymol seed powder(ajwain)      100g
  
                   Sugar candy powder(misri)       100g

                  Cow ghee                               100g


Preparation : First warm thymol seeds a little on pan and then make it a fine powder. Add sugar candy powder to a fine mix. Take cow ghee in liquid form and add to the powder mix. Thoroughly mix all three items and let it cool. Store it in a bottle. 


Dosage :  Adults.... 1/2 TSP

               Children.....1/4 TSP

               1/2 hour before food 2 times a day.

Now you are armed with 2 simple, yet powerful remedies for your fat belly. Keep your health fine tuned.

Say bye to big belly

Today is devoted to Belly fat. One of the stubborn problem of many people around the globe. Everybody likes to look smart with a flat belly, particularly women.

Here is a very simple recipe for reducing belly fat.

Ingredients : 
                       Aloe vera  juice                   2 TSP

                      cumin seeds powder(jeera)    1 TSP

                      turmeric powder(haldi)         1/4 TSP

                      Black pepper powder            1/4 TSP
                           (kala mirchi)    
                       
Preparation:  mix  all 3 powders well and add aloe vera juice to it . Beat the whole thing well and see all the ingredients are well mixed.

Dosage : Take the mix 1/2 hour before food 2 times a day. Remember this has to be prepared fresh every time.

ASANA :  Uttanapada asana.


MUDRA : Surya mudra.

I request your kind attention to  the content of next paragraph as a word of advise in your own interest. Please go thru it carefully.

Whatever presented in this blog so far and going to be presented in the coming days is my collection material over years of search, and from different sources , which are based on scrips coming down for generations and extensively used by our ancestors. They are all natural, used in our daily life, hundred percent safe, and harmless. If you can observe many items are from our kitchen only, which are part and parcel of daily food.

However, the recipes are to be prepared strictly as per the instructions and the dosage must be accurate. These are only supplements to your medications and cures but not substitutes of your medications and treatments you are undergoing. They will hasten the recovery process considerably.

AS for asanas and mudras, if you are under medication/treatment it is better to consult your physician for proper guidance. In using asana and mudra please take care to do it as described or shown in video to get maximum benefit. I suggested you to google it for assistance on net, where there are hundreds of sites providing free info. Youtube has videos of almost all asanas and mudras explaining and showing how to do it.

Cough and other respiratory tract problems will be very tough to handle and to put up with them. This recipe will help you to over come it easily.


Ingredients : 
                      Black grapes juice (Angoor)    300g

                      mint leaves juice(pudina)          15g

                      sugarcandy powder(misri)      100g


Preparation : Mix both the juices thoroughly and cook them on medium flame, then add sugar candy powder and mix deeply and cook  the whole mix till it becomes semi liquid paste. cool it and store in a bottle.

Dosage :  Adults ......one TSP     children...........1/2TSP. Mix it in a cup of warm water and drink it. For best results you should take it for 100 days.

Mudra : akash mudra.

Asana : vajrasana

Keep allergies at bay

Hi everybody

Today I am presenting you a powerful cure for strengthening your immunity against all allergies. This also removes waste residuals  accumulated over the period for various reasons.

Ingredients : 

                     Chebulic myrobalan powder(harad)         30g

                     Belliric myrobalan powder (baheda)         30g

                     Indian goose berry powder (amla)          30g

                     Gingelly seeds oil  (till)                            30g


                     Genuine quality honey                            180g


How to Make :    All three powders are to be fine grind. Mix all the powders and then add oil and honey, beat it to make paste of semi liquid state. Store it in a bottle.


DOSAGE : Adults...... 10g.    Children......5g. Take 2 times a day 1/2 hour before food.


MUDRA :     Bhramara mudra.

ASANA :  padmasana or/and Vajrasana

Keep your cool

Yeah its always best if you can keep  your cool. However if you happen to be a B.P. patient then its a major problem, as it is beyond our control. Generally you are under medication as we have to restore normalcy in our blood pressure.

Today I am giving you a safe and simple recipe for BP control. Its easy to prepare and drink.


Ingredients :
  
                      ginger juice (adrak)        2TSP

                      coriander leaves 
                       juice (dhaniya)              2TSP

                      lime juice (nimbu)           4TSP


Mix all three juices thoroughly   and drink it  one hour before food. This has to be prepared freshly whenever you need it.

MUDRA : Dhyana mudra

ASANA :  Sukhasana

Hi

Today i am giving you a comprehensive recipe for cure of ACIDITY and this one not only take care of acidity but also tone up your digestive system and good appetite. Ok here we go.

Recipe no 2:

                     Ingredients:

                     Cardamom(elaichi)              10g

                     commonsalt (rocksalt)        10g

                     gooseberry(amla)               10g

                     chembolic
                     myrobolan(harad)              10g

                     bay leaf (biryani patta)       10g

                     sandalwood (chandan)       10g

                     coriander seeds(dhaniya)    10g

                     mint leaves (pudina)           10g

                     candy sugar(misri)              80g

All items should be a fine grind powder. Mix all powders well and keep the mix in a fresh bottle for storage.

Dosage : 1/2 TSP powder mix in a small cup of milk and take morning and evening 1/2 hour before taking food.

The Mudra Asana are same as given for first recipe.
