Keep your cool

Hi

Yeah its always best if you can keep  your cool. However if you happen to be a B.P. patient then its a major problem, as it is beyond our control. Generally you are under medication as we have to restore normalcy in our blood pressure.

Today I am giving you a safe and simple recipe for BP control. Its easy to prepare and drink.


Ingredients :
  
                      ginger juice (adrak)        2TSP

                      coriander leaves 
                       juice (dhaniya)              2TSP

                      lime juice (nimbu)           4TSP


Mix all three juices thoroughly   and drink it  one hour before food. This has to be prepared freshly whenever you need it.

MUDRA : Dhyana mudra

ASANA :  Sukhasana

INTRODUCTION TO WONDERFUL WORLD OF NATURAL CURES

All this may sound very complicated but for a change they are very easy to adopt and follow.

All this info I have collected from various public sources for years and converted it to a compact form to make it simple.
